Darn it, I am not a bear!


There’s something truly captivating about this time of year for me—it's a time to organize, declutter, and create space for all the wonderful gifts we may have received.


It’s also the ideal time to release some of those unwanted “gifts,” such as extra pounds, extra clutter, and unhealthy habits that no longer serve us.


This season calls me to re-alignment.


I’ve cherished the festivities, the loved ones, and the comforting traditions like eggnog, pumpkin pie, and Christmas cookies.


Yet, for some, this season can extend into a cycle that leaves us feeling sluggish, unhappy, frustrated, and scrambling to fit into our shorts when the warmer weather arrives.


Why aren't we bears, hibernating and living off our stored fat for months!


Darn it! I am not a bear.


Let's re-align.....

We have 363 beautiful days to create it, one choice at a time.
