A Whole 30-ish clean eating plan focuses on eating whole, unprocessed foods for 30 days. It's all about cutting out added sugars, alcohol, grains, legumes, soy, and dairy. Instead, you load up on veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, lean proteins, and healthy fats. It's like hitting the reset button on your eating habits to see how your body feels without certain potentially problematic foods.
